From the time permit is issued our builds take approximately 5-8 weeks.

There will be some noise, and a few specific days will be a bit more chaotic than others. The day of excavation can be noisy, as well as shotcrete.

We try to keep the noise and mess to a minimum, and promise it will all be worth it!

Permits are required depending on the scope of the job. Re-plaster and tile generally do not require a permit. New construction pool and spa projects do require a permit, but rest assured- we handle that process for you!

Yes, weather delays can affect the timeline of pool construction. We are strategic with how we execute each phase of pool construction, and always monitor the weather.

A basic pool with no spa generally starts in the $45,000-$50,000 range. Most of our projects tend to land in the $65,000-$120,000 range. There are many factors that contribute to the cost of a pool & spa including access size, demo, and distance to gas and electric.

We can usually get you a quote with a few photos of your outdoor space and a satellite image.

Both work well. Saltwater systems are gentler on skin and eyes, while chlorine is traditional and cost-effective.

Most homeowners are under the impression that salt pools do not contain chlorine. This is not entirely accurate. The pool water passes through the salt chlorine generator’s cell, where a safe electric charge splits the salt into its basic elements. This process (called electrolysis) turns the salt into chlorine, which immediately dissolves in the water to sanitize the pool.

Modern energy-efficient pumps and heaters minimize costs. On average, expect a modest increase of $30–$50/month depending on usage.

We stand behind the quality of our work and the products we use, which is why we offer comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind:

• Lifetime Warranty – on the structural shell of the pool

• 10-Year Warranty – on Pebble finishes

• 3-Year Warranty – on all equipment

• 1-Year Warranty – on pavers, tile, and stone

Your investment is protected, and our team is committed to ensuring lasting quality and durability.
